Villa Turrasann is located in Runaway Bay, directly on Cardiff Hall's long, white, sandy beach. Villa Turrasann is a lovely two story A/C villa with 3 bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, and a large living/dining area that opens to a pool courtyard also including outdoor dinning. All 3 A/C bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with beautiful, Jamaican mahogany furniture plus an amazing beach and sea views from the wrap around balcony surrounding the back of the villa. The balcony from the bedrooms also overlooks the pool area with access to it via an enclosed staircase. 

The large living and dining area is located on ground level with comfortable furniture including a dining table that can seat 10. While you take a break from the outdoors, enjoy watching a movie on Villa Turrasann's 55’’ flat screen, smart TV with Bluetooth sound bar.

Wide sliding glass doors on both sides open from the living area to garden and beach as well as, the covered verandah with outdoor dining for 6 and large, 8' deep pool (w/ evening lights) . The pool area offers a shower room, lounge chairs and pool accessories.

Villa Turrasann also includes a beach garden at the back of the property, with a sweet gazebo that over looks on to the beach -- perfect for gazing out to sea and sipping a rum punch, or choose to recline on a set of lounge chairs underneath the shade of the large almond tree. The gate at end of the garden leads directly to the white sands of Cardiff Hall beach and the beautiful, blue Caribbean Sea.

Bedrooms: 3 spacious A/C bedrooms each including ceiling fan, dresser, entable w/ lamps, Bluetooth speakers, safe and full, en-suite bathroom w/ large closet, all located on the 2nd fl.

Bedroom 1: king-size bed (or 2 single beds), dressing table & chair, en-suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking to the garden and sea.

Bedroom 2: two queen beds, dressing table & chair, en-suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking the garden and sea.

Bedroom 3: two queen beds, dressing table & chair, en-suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking the garden and sea.

Villa Turrasann has a friendly, experienced staff of 3; cook, housekeeper, and gardener/pool man. The property also includes a Onsite 24/7 Manager, Mark who has his own living quarters to the side of the Villa. Guests can call to him for anything.

Your chef and staff will prepare wonderful meals of your choice and look after all of your needs. On arrival, no matter what time of the day a meal can be provided. Before arrival, we discuss all of your groups meal arrangements, including any allergies or dietary restrictions.

1. You may choose the option of the Villa Meal Plan, which is US$50/day/adult, and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with Non-alcoholic drinks.

2. You can source your own food from local shops, and your Chef will prepare your meals, as you request. Your chef is also more than happy to accompany you to the local markets to help guide you with yoru purchases if you'd like.

US$250 Refundable damage deposit.

A deposit in the amount of 50% of villa rental will Secure your RE-confirmed reservation

Balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival, 75 days for Christmas or New Year's Weeks.
