NUTMEG VILLA is the perfect luxury vacation villa that is only five minutes from three world-class golf courses (Half Moon, White Witch and Cinnamon Hill), designer shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. 

NUTMEG VILLA is beautiful, fully renovated 6-bedroom/6 bathroom, 4,600 sq ft. villa in the Spring Farm area of Montego Bay. Located on 5 acres of tropical gardens are lush with flowers, oranges, limes, lemons, June plum, breadfruit, grapefruit, avocado, and mango. This large lawn is a wonderful playground for children.

NUTMEG VILLA offers complimentary beach membership at The Rose Hall Beach Club  -- giving guests the ultimate flexibility to be active with sports and recreation as well as the option of just relaxing in a peaceful and luxurious private vacation villa. 

Elegantly furnished, the air-conditioned den has open views to a shaded verandah over looking a 20' x 35' private pool, manicured lawns and further beyond to the spectacular blue Caribbean Sea. The den full is equipped with a 42-inch home theatre system, computer with ADSL internet access, fax machine, printer and copier, as well as wireless network througout the villa for BYO laptop users.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco style in the covered dining terrace adjoining the verandah with made to order meals prepared by your personal chef. Lunches can also be served on the verandah or poolside with umbrella tables.

The large octagonal private pool has beautiful teak chaises with plump cushions, pool floats and shaded umbrella tables.

The living and all 6 A/C bedrooms adjoin the long terrace via French doors that fold back opening to a beautiful blue sea view. NUTMEG VILLA is located on five acres of manicured tropical gardens with lush with flowers, plus oranges, limes, lemons, June plum, breadfruit, grapefruit, avocado and mango trees. This large estate with beautiful grounds is a perfect playgrond for children.

Sleeps 1-12 comfortably
Five (5) bedrooms are on the main level and one (1) bedroom is downstairs. All bedrooms have A/C, Bose iPod docks, telephones with room-to-room intercoms and cable television.

Bedrooms have French doors that open to a wrap-around furnished verandah. Bathrooms are renovated with state-of-the-art Grohe and Italian Toto fixtures and granite counter tops.

Main Level:
Master Bedroom, Kingsize four-poster mahogany bed, en-suite bathroom with two-person Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Dressing room with his & hers vanities and double sink basins. This suite includes a den with 42" home cinema, DVD, sound system, copier and fax.

Bedroom 2 Kingsize bed, makeup area, large bathroom with bidet and bathtub-shower combination. All Chippendale furniture was made in Jamaica in the 1960's and carefully restored. 

Bedroom 3 Kingsize bed, large en-suite bathroom with walk-in drench rain shower.

Bedroom 4 Optional kingsize or twin beds, en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 5 Optional kingsize or twin beds, en-suite bathroom. This room is on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms, to left side of the main level. There is a small den that is next to this bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. The outdoor dining area adjoins this area.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 6 Option of three (3) twin beds ~ or one (1) twin bed & one (1) kingsize bed. Large, spacious room with pool table, 40" wall-mounted television, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchenette. This suite is perfect teens and is also suitable for adults/family.

Guests acces this suite by exterior spiral staircase and opens up to private terrace and pool.

NUTMEG VILLA can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.

Rooms are for priced for double occupancy only. Extra guests may be approved by the homeowner and an extra guest fee may be applied.
