SWEET SPOT is the ideal luxury villa for larger groups (accommodating 1-12 guests) located directly on Runaway Bay Beach, a 1-mile long, white, sandy beach. This property is a stunning 7,000-square-foot, 6-bedroom, beach front vacation home with a private 20' x 40' pool, poolside wet bar, and large garden that is perfect for badminton, volleyball, or croquet. Sweet Spot is also just a short walk from the Jewel Runaway Bay golf pro shop which offers discounted greens fees to Sweet Spot guests.

Sweet Spot was completely renovated (inside and out) in 2019 and which includes an additional building for an A/C gym complete with TV, DVD’s, treadmill, elliptical, spin cycle, balls and free weights, plus games area. Which includes pool table, poker table, table tennis, darts, electronic games and a new audio video area which houses state of the art video, tv, and audio systems for the guests. There is also an A/C study for those that need to do a little work or choose to relax with a book. 

The Interiors are bright, classic and comfortable with beautiful furnishings -- you feel right at home. The formal dining area provides the perfect ambience for those special moments with french doors that open wide from the living and dining room to a lovely sea view.

The spacious, manicured grounds are filled with vibrant gardens that include hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, oleander, banana trees and stately coconut palms.

The grounds are a perfect playground for children and adults a like with badminton, croquet and volleyball ... or just decompressing in a hammock in the shade of the beautiful yellow flowered Cassia Fistula tree.

Beyond the lawn is the 10,000 square foot beach, clear water and an excellent reef just 50' offshore. Sweet Spot provides complementary use of sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment.

For golfers the Jewel Beach and Golf Resort Runaway Bay, is walking distance from the villa. Two rounds of complimentary green fees per each villa reservation.

Sweets Spots’s experienced and attentive staff would love to plan your group a special poolside barbecue and/or nighttime bonfire on the beach under the stars.

Bedrooms: 6 A/C bedrooms are tastefully furnished with wifi access and flat screen TV's.

Bedroom 1 (lower level) Two double beds, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet. French doors open to an interior courtyard, pool and lawn. This room is handicap accessible.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 (upstairs) King size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. French doors open to balcony and gorgeous sea view.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) King bed size, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub plus bidet. French doors open to balcony and gorgeous ocean view.

Bedrooms 5 & 6 (upstairs) King size beds, en-suite bathrooms with tub-shower combination, bidet. Front bedroom has ocean view. Back bedroom has golf course view. Both adjoin air-conditioned study with stereo, television, computer and Internet access.

The villa is fully staffed with experienced cook, butler, housekeeper, gardener and night security guard.

Island Village Shopping and entertainment center is not far, which includes Margaritaville Bar & Restaurant, water slide, concerts, good food and drink; Multiplex digital movie theater; art gallery; coffee shops; more bars and restaurants; boutiques; beach and swim-up bar, etc. Modest entrance fee. Plan to spend several hours here, the kids love it!

Chukka Cove Beach Ride Equestrian center, holds international polo matches and or equestrian events. Rides depart Chukka Cove Polo Club at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily. Splendid 3-hour trail ride on well-tended animals ending in excellent ride in the sea.

Green Grotto Caves freshwater fishing for children as well as Dolphin Cove's "Swim with the Dolphins" make great famiy trips!
