This villa sits back with a long driveway from a lazy country road; it is a quick 2-min walk to Billy's Bay Beach. There are great restaurants right in Billy's Bay that are only 5-10 min walk from the villa (77 West, Cook Shop), and Calabash Bay restaurants, local shops, and bars are just a 5-min drive or 20-30-min walk.

Nestled on over 2 acres with flowering gardens, fruit trees, and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Santa Cruz Mountains, Butterfly Hill Villa offers a new, spacious deck with a 32'x16' infinity pool and perfect rooftop lounge area for sunsets.

Simple, sparkling inside and out with tasteful decor, Butterfly Hill Villa has A/C and ceiling fan-cooled bedrooms open concept living room/kitchen leading to a covered veranda with vast views. The stunning infinity pool includes a bar area, plus a rooftop tikki hut and lounge area; this is the ultimate laid-back place to relax.

Butterfly Hill Villa's full-time staff, DORPHIA, BRIAN, and UAN, will accommodate your every need. DORPHIA prepares local cuisine and or continental food for your breakfast and dinner (you are welcome to cook lunch for yourself and/or dine out locally). DORPHIA will also do light housekeeping daily; with larger groups, DOREEN will assist. BRIAN is your go-to maintenance, pool, and caretaker. UAN is your PPV-insured driver.

UAN can be hired for airport transportations and touring by land to YS Falls, Bamboo Alley, Appleton Rum, Black River, Jamwest Motorsports & Adventure Park, Blue Hole Mineral Springs, Negril, etc.. Rentals of bikes and scooters are also available; staff can help organize.

Main Villa:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom, screened windows, A/C (surcharge), ceiling fan, and large closet.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed (can also be 2 twins), ensuite bathroom, screened windows, A/C (surcharge), ceiling fan, and large closet.
Bedroom 3: Double-size bed, ensuite bathroom, screened windows, A/C (surcharge), ceiling fan, and large closet.
Bedroom 4: Double-size bed, ensuite bathroom, screened windows, A/C (surcharge), ceiling fan, and large closet.

Bedroom 5: (top floor access via spiral staircase)*: Queen-size bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, TV, screened windows, A/C (surcharge), ceiling fan, and private balcony.

Villa Amenities:

• 5 bedrooms with screened windows, ensuite bathrooms, and closest’s. The use of A/C has a US$25/night surcharge (See “Please Note” below)

• Linens and towels provided with daily tidying up - - sheets and towels are changed every 3 days

• Private 32’x16’ infinity pool with lounge chairs, spacious deck, and bar sitting area

• Rooftop tikki hut and lounge area with 360 degree views
  
  Please Note: A/C is provided for your comfort while in your bedrooms, however if you wish to have it running while away from the villa and/or at all times an additional charge of US$25/day will be added to your rental. If you choose you want this during your stay you can discuss with DORPHIA and arrange payment.

• Massage/Manicure/Pedicure upon request

• Babysitting services (US$10-US$15/hr, based on number of children)

Stocking of Groceries/Pantry Supplies:

• Pre-stocking of villa with food and beverage items can be done for bookings of 3 nights or more. Clients refund chef by receipts and records.

• PLEASE NOTE - there is a surcharge of US$50 on all shopping bills for each shopping excursion to cover transportation to and from Black River or Junction.
