Awandaweh Cottage is the sister property to Driftwood, on the same 2-acre property and
can be rented in combination for a larger group with a maximum of 10 guests.

Venue Rental for Weddings, Events Etc.

US$1,000 Venue + Bedroom Rental
(guests renting a 2-night minimum rental in both properties)

US$2,000 Venue/Grounds Only

US$500 Refundable Security Deposit

Clients must provide all services ie: porta-toilets/catering/setup/breakdown/garbage removal etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• A deposit in the amount of 50% of the rental will Secure your RE-confirmed reservation.

• Balance and advance food/drinks kitty-contingency fund are due 45 days before arrival.

• Christmas and New Year's weeks balance due 75 days before arrival.

Stocking of Groceries/Pantry Supplies:

• Pre-stocking the cottage with food and beverage items can be done for 3-nights. Guests refund Maire by receipts and records.

• PLEASE NOTE: A US$40 taxi surcharge is added to all shopping bills for each shopping excursion to cover transportation to Black River or Junction.
