Charming 5 bedroom villa with large living room and dining area that opens up to a covered veranda with multiple seating areas gives you ample space to relax, gaze across the lawn to the beach and the blue Caribbean Sea.

BAYWATCH is a prime waterfront 5 bedroom and loft villa, set on the beautiful, sandy Runaway Bay Beach. This charming villa has a large living room furnished in a contemporary tropical style and a indoor dining area. Both rooms open up onto a covered L shaped verandah, perfect for large groups, dining or lounging, overlooking the Runaway Bay Beach and the pool.

Amenities include color TV, DVD player, DVD library, wireless internet, telephone. BAYWATCH has a swimming pool with attached kiddie pool area, comfortable lounge chairs directly off the side verandah.

In the main house, the open concept living/dining room, leads onto the wrap around verandah -- perfect for families and large groups.

BAYWATCH is fully staffed with a cook and go-to staff (Janet), housekeeper and laundress (Cassandra and Yvonne) and garden/pool yardies (Marlon), and nightly security. Babysitter services are available for additional fees.

Cable TV/VCR/DVD/CD-radio player, free internt access, safe, linens and towels provided. Daily housekeeping and cooking.

3 bedrooms w/ en suite bathrooms are in the main house with the additional 2 bedrooms, both with w/ en suite bathrooms + a loft area (which can sleep 2 children ages 10-12) is in the annex directly across the paved terrace from the kitchen.

BAYWATCH is a sister villa to SIESTA and BAHIA COTTAGE and can be rented in combination for larger groups (up to 28 adults in total w/ all 3 properties).

SIESTA has 5 bedrooms + 2 daybeds, 5 bathrooms

BAHIA COTTAGE has 1 bed + loft area, 1 bathroom

All guests can eat at BAYWATCH when renting properties together.

All three (3) properties can accommodate up to 22 adults, 6 children.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Cont.:

• US$500 damage deposit collected with balance payment -- in the event of loss, breakage, undue wear and tear of property and/or unpaid local bills this will not be refunded.

• Facilities are for registered guests only, visits by non-regsitered guests must be approved and paid at a rate of US$30/person/day.

• Check-in is at 3:00pm, Check-out is at 11:00am.

• Surcharge Public Holiday Late Checkout - - Additional 50% of the nightly rate would be charged for all-day stay up to 6 p.m (if there is no new booking scheduled to begin on that day).

We had a great time. Nicole was very helpful in arrangements before we got to Jamaica. She arranged the driver and was able to give us advice on activities and food. She also checked in on us a few times during our trip to make sure everything was good.
Wilson was wonderful and it was so nice to know that we had a ride when needed. He was great to work with and even helped us decide activities to do. He was wonderful with our kids and informative about the island.
The house was nice for our family. We didn't end up using the back house. Nancy and Cassie were great and so welcoming and friendly. They both were great with the kids and got us everything we needed. We talked to Nancy about meals and went shopping once, she took care of the rest. It was so nice having someone to cook for us. We also arranged babysitting with Cassie and it worked out great for our group. The pools were warm and having the shallower pool was perfect for our toddlers, we went in the pool at least 3 times a day. Marlon brought the kids some floats and toys to play in the pool. We also used the 2 kayaks on the property, one got a bit waterlogged, but fun to use.
It was nice knowing there was full time security and Campbell was very friendly and would often stop and chat and answer all our questions.
The grounds are beautiful and you couldn't beat the sunsets. Everyone we worked with were very helpful and accommodating.

“Our whole family loved the week at Baywatch. The location and beach were fantastic. The staff were all great. The food was simply wonderful. We ranged in age from 1 year old to 70+ and it was perfect for all of us. We had almost every meal on the porch by the pool and ate like Jamaican royalty. Our one night out for dinner was good...but a disappointment compared to dining at Baywatch. We asked to be served real Jamaican food and it was delicious. In addition to traditional dishes we had fruits that were new to us and a real treat. We picked ripe mangos off the property trees and were spoiled by the bounty of local fruit and vegetables. (Don’t miss the curry goat!) We did not want to leave, and everyone wants to go back. This was the most relaxing vacation we have been on. Baywatch was so comfortable that it was hard to go out to explore the area!”

"About 11 years ago we found Baywatch and its sister villas, Siesta and Bahia, in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. We wanted to take a large group to Jamaica for our wedding. We found paradise and a home away from home. We have been back at least once per year ever since. The villas are centrally located, easily accessible from Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. They are right on the beach. The houses are spacious and allows for a nice Jamaican breeze to blow through. The grounds are perfectly maintained. Cheryl and her team - Laverne, Janet and Dimples - make the best food and treat us like family. We now have a five year old and he refers to the villas as his "Jamaica house". We never want to leave when we visit!"

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at Baywatch Villa. We had an age range of 18 to 80 in our group of nine, and all were comfortable. So nice to start each morning with fresh fruit served by Cheryl. Dale (one of the groundskeepers) was so helpful. He brought over a bicycle for my husband's use and when we expressed a desire for some riding and fishing, introduced us to Robert the horseman and Michael the fishing boat captain. Robert brought the horses to us at the house. Similarly, Michael brought the boat to us. We spent much of the time snorkeling and kayaking in front of the house. Also excellent day trips to the Blue Hole, Dunn's River Falls, and other adventures. We are ready for a return trip!"

"We had a marvelous time. Oh do I miss my morning fresh fruit! Cheryl prepared the most excellent of meals. We have now added festival and mango tea bread to our repertoire at home. Dale was so very helpful. He introduced us to Robert the horseman and we had a delightful ride through the mountain and in the water. Robert brought the horses to the house. Dale also introduced us to Michael for fishing. Michael brought the boat right to the house as well. :-) We would certainly love to stay again some day."

"We are a couple who came back about a month ago from two wonderful weeks at the Baywatch villa and it exceeded our expectations. The house is located right on the beach, just stroll out of the garden and you're there.

It has a large, beautifully landscaped and perfectly maintained, tropical garden with a pool, two large porches, a poolside terrace, all with spectacular views and sounds of the ocean. Although the beach is not officially private, it feels as though it is, since the house is located almost at the end of a long beach, so there are only very few people passing. The whole house blends in perfectly with its surroundings and gives you the ultimate caribbean feel. The house is located in an ideal location, very central along the north coast (the drive from Montego Bay airport is slightly more than an hour). We rented a car and made trips to both Negril in the west and Port Antonio in the east.

The perfect and hospitable staff consists of 2 gardeners, 3 ladies who do the housekeeping and cooking and a security guard who is present during the evening and night. They made us feel right at home even more, always pro-actively willing to help and to show the way into the real Jamaica, never compromising your privacy.

Cheryl, Laverne and Dimples took great care of us and no request was too much. Cheryl is a great cook and she made the most delicious local dishes for us. You name it and she can make it, but we just wanted to taste as much of the local cuisine as possible and so we did!

Jamaica itself is a wonderful and varied holiday destination and staying at this villa gives a true sense of home away from home, except that this home is in the middle of a tropical paradise! Highly recommended!"
