SPANISH COVE is a delightful villa directly on a beautiful stretch of white, sandy beach in the historic resort village of Runaway Bay, about 15 minutes west of Ocho Rios. SPANISH COVE gets its name from the Spanish anchor that lies 1 1/4 miles from its shore. This villa is the perfect villa for families or groups of friends -- there are numerous nearby activities and the ideal beach/sea access right at the edge of the property.

SPANISH COVE is a two-story villa with 4 A/C bedrooms and 4 baths (2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs). All 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each with en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom suites offer both a king-sized and queen-sized bed.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms open directly to the terrace patio, which leads to the gardens, pool, and beach/sea. These rooms are perfect for families with children; the 3rd has 2 twin-sized beds that can form into a king-size bed. This room is connected to the 4th bedroom (queen-size bed, which is smaller and works well for children), so you can go through one bedroom to get to the next or use the exterior entrances to either room. The downstairs bedrooms are accessible only from the exterior of the property.

This two-story villa has pleasant interiors with brightly colored tropical fabrics. The large, furnished verandah overlooks the beach and sea - it is a perfect spot for breakfast, reading, napping, or gazing out to sea and watching the cruise ships go by -- a perfect relaxing Jamaican holiday at a great, affordable price.

The verandah and comfortable living room look out to the Caribbean Sea and garden. Meals are casually served on the veranda or in the dining room.

The sandy beach runs the entire property length and has a gradual water entrance ideal for small children. The coral reef offshore creates a natural lagoon and prevents easy access to the deeper sea, making it safe for children to swim. A large secluded free, form freshwater pool and deck surrounded by tropical foliage is the perfect place to sunbathe and enjoy the soothing Caribbean breezes.

Entrance Level

Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom, A/C and ceiling fan with views of the beach and sea.
Bedroom 2: King bed, adjoining bathroom, A/C and ceiling fan.

Lower Level

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds (can be combined for a king), A/C, en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom. This smaller room is reached by passing through bedroom #3 or using the outside entrance. It is ideal for parents with children.

The villa is fully staffed with a chef, butler, housekeeper, laundress and gardener.

SPANISH COVE requires a one week/7-night booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge for staff tips. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests.
