Seven Sea Villa is a premier deluxe waterfront property in Mammee Bay, Ocho Rios. This newly renovated, 5,000 sq. ft. villa is the perfect luxury getaway for close friends (up to 4 couples) or the ultimate family retreat (8 adults and 3 more children are welcome for a small additional fee, accommodating 11 guests in total). 

Seven Sea Villa is centrally located on the north coast of Jamaica in Mammee Bay on three acres of beautifully landscaped tropical grounds with lush lawns and over 200 coconut palms and assorted fruit trees all are directly on the ocean. In a private gated community, Mammee Bay Estates is just beyond St. Ann’s Bay in St. Ann’s Parish offering guests access to over 350 ft of beautiful, white, sandy beach. 

Seven Sea Villa offers numerous indoor entertaining and lounging areas all with 8' Jatoba doors (hurricane proof) with views of the pool and ocean: the Great Room has a beautiful sectional sofa, chaise and chairs to relax on after a day of activities (sightseeing , snorkeling or just laying by the pool), the Formal Dining room has a one of a kind tamarind wood dining table which can seat 12, plus a beautiful spacious stone Wet Bar with granite countertops and a sitting area. 

As beautiful and comfortable as the interior of Seven Sea Villa is, everyone knows that people come to Jamaica to be outside enjoying the sun, wadding in the water, and daydreaming out at the Caribbean Sea. In addition to the alabaster sand beach directly at the edge of the villa property, Seven Sea Villa has a large (45’ x 22’) pool with a diving board and slide.

Attached to the pool is a rock waterfall jacuzzi all with accented night lighting. If you are interested in water sports, just a 9-minute walk down the beach is the Riu Hotel, where you can rent everything from kayaks to scuba gear. If golf is your thing, several golf courses are located less than 30 minutes away. Seven Sea Villa also has its own private, night-lit tennis court (racquets and balls provided), plus Neal, an excellent pro and instructor, is close by to hit with or for lessons for various rates (he is great with children as well).

Bedrooms: 4 A/C bedrooms, all with A/C, ceiling fan, and en suite bathrooms plus 2 additional cots for children. Each bedroom has custom-made closet systems, including a safe to lock up valuables and important documents. 

Bedroom 1: is wheelchair accessible, has a custom Jamaican-made mahogany four-poster king-size bed(perfect for a romantic retreat or midday nap), and a full en-suite bathroom. Elegant chaise loungers and a rattan desk area with chair add to the island feeling.

Bedroom 2: is adjoining and can be used for families with children. It has two twin beds that can convert to a king, custom-made wall units with closets and a desk area. An additional day bed with storage area is available. The full en-suite bathroom has a deluxe bath tub with shower components.

Bedroom 3: king-size bed with beautiful tailored linen headboard, full en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4: is wheelchair accessible, has a custom Jamaican-made mahogany four-poster king-size bed(perfect for a romantic retreat or midday nap), and a full en-suite bathroom. Elegant chaise loungers and a rattan desk area with chair add to the island feeling.

Groceries can be ordered, delivered, and paid for via a credit card from the local grocery store. Alternatively, guests can shop at the local grocery store near to the villa using their credit card or cash.

• Hair braiding costs are negotiable depending on the length of heair and number of braids.

• Aerobics and Yoga with Randy Meyers, your very own fitness instructor who will come to the villa

• Horseback Riding with Wilbur 403-5313/368-2993 for a beautiful ride up the mountains and on the beach. They are located just outside Mammee Bay Estates entrance.

• Spear Fishing: Neil, our tennis pro, receives requests from guests to take them spear fishing. He is experienced and knows the waters. A reasonable price can be negotiated.

• Calypso Duo: Enjoy your own music entertainment right at the villa.

• Recording artist, singer & guitarist Donovan Green will come to the villa and entertain you with traditional Jamaican music.

• Photography: Seven Seas is a beautiful villa where you can have your family or children's portraits taken for special occasions, holidays, etc. by a professional photographer.

• Jerk Party Day: Usually on Thursday afternoons, the party consists of a cookout on the "Bigga Webba" in the yard. "Cookie" will prepare his own jerk seasoning and does the cooking prearranged by our staff. Food and beverages are included on your grocery bill.

SEVEN SEAS VILLA accommodates up to 8 adults in 4 bedrooms.
Three (3) children under the age of 12 are welcome for a small additional fee (US$250/child/week). One pack-n-play is complimentary.

Wedding/Event Requirments:

• A 7-night minimum stay is required.

• Surcharge: $15/person not staying at the property.

• Weddings/Events must use a wedding planner or event coordinator.

• Maximum guests: 45

• An event application must be submitted to Mammee Bay Estates for approval and security.
