Breakaway Villa in Runaway Bay, St. Ann parish, is the newest villa on the luxury villa market. Finished in 2022, Breakaway is a 12,000 sq. ft., 2-story gem with all of the amenities you would expect to find in a property of this kind. This fully-staffed villa consists of 6 bedrooms with an extra bunk-bed room (accommodating 4) for large families with children. 4 bedrooms are upstairs, including an extra-spacious master bedroom with a bunk-bed room. 2 additional bedrooms are downstairs, including a second master bedroom with a 4-poster bed. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, safes, and Smart TVs with internet for streaming.

Upstairs you can also find a gym, complete with treadmill, bicycle, weights, and yoga equipment, overlooking the atrium and out to sea. In front of the gym is a seating area with ceiling fans and doors leading onto an open deck with a pergola. A small refrigerator and bar are around the corner from this area, so upstairs guests can enjoy their morning coffee and juice when they wake.

The central atrium is 2 stories high to capture the tropical breezes and opens straight onto the pool deck. Two water features with lush plants, a koi pond, and waterfall highlight the atrium and brings the feel of the outdoors inside. The teak indoor dining table and buffet are set around the atrium, complete with wine cooler, multiple seating areas to accommodate everyone comfortably, and breakfast nook for the early risers. A powder room is also located in this living area for the guests' convenience.

To the right of this living area is the TV room with spacious seating and an 80" Smart TV with internet for streaming. And a door from the TV room leads into the games room with tables and chairs set up for board games. This room also has a small fridge and bar for easy access. The games room opens directly onto the covered outdoor dining/living areas part of the pool deck. These offer more outdoor living while sheltering our guests from the hot tropical sun.

The undulating 35-foot pool with heated jacuzzi tub has lounge and Adirondack-style chairs for our guests' relaxation. In addition, there are two umbrellas and a shady almond tree to help keep things cool. A selection of pool floats is also available for our guests' enjoyment. And since we know that as long as the sun is shining, this is where our guests will be, we have a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dining table set under the almond tree, plus an outdoor powder room. So you need never go inside until it's time to sleep.

A few steps down from the grassy pool area is our sandy beach. There is a gazebo at one end of the beach, and at the other is a jetty that takes you to a second gazebo - - the perfect spot for relaxing with a drink and viewing our magnificent Jamaican sunsets. The gazebos come with hammocks for our guests who want to relax and decompress. There also are two kayaks and two SUP's for the more active guests. The entrance to the sea is rocky; the owner has left the sea in its natural state as a fish sanctuary and nursery, so please be sure to put on your water shoes and see how many different fishes you can find!

Bedroom 4: King bed, A/C, ceiling fan, 49” flat-screen TV, closet with safe, dressing table with mirror, en-suite bathroom with shower, double sinks, and enclosed garden. Writing table and chair, and veranda with 2 chairs overlooking pool, garden, and sea.

Bunk-Bed Room: Tow bunkbeds (4 beds total), 4 large plush floor cushions, A/C, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV.
This bedroom has no bathroom, so it is more suitable for children who can use their parent’s bathroom or friends who don’t mind sharing bathrooms.

Downstairs Bedrooms:

Bedroom 5: King bed, A/C, ceiling fan, 49” flat-screen TV, closet with safe, dressing table with mirror, en-suite bathroom with shower and garden views. Coral stone patio with chairs overlooking pool, garden, and sea.
